About IDECO Group
Engineering practice, proprietary methodologies and industrial digital intelligence.
Who We Are
IDECO Group is an independent engineering organization focused on mechanical engineering consulting, performance optimization, reliability engineering, failure analysis, system diagnostics, reverse engineering and industrial technical development. Its activity spans heavy-duty equipment, metallurgy, bulk material handling, oil and gas, pressure vessels and related industrial applications.
What defines IDECO is not only technical calculation or design support, but a lifecycle-oriented engineering approach. The group presents its work as covering the full path from study, calculation and design to workshop verification, plant support, modifications, optimization and long-term improvement during the service life of the machine or system.
Beyond Engineering Services
Alongside its consulting and verification activities, IDECO also develops proprietary technical methodologies and software-oriented engineering frameworks.
One clear example is CES™, presented by IDECO as a proprietary methodology developed by IDECO Heavy Equipment Kft and dedicated to structural energy interpretation. On the CES website, this is framed as a distinct engineering methodology rather than a generic consulting service, reinforcing the idea that IDECO operates not only as an engineering provider but also as a creator of original technical frameworks.
In the same broader vision, TDE™ extends this philosophy toward thermodynamic, metallurgical and process intelligence for steelmaking. Within the IDECO ecosystem, CES™ represents the structural intelligence side, while TDE™ represents the process and thermodynamic side.
CES™, TDE™ and Applied Industrial Intelligence
IDECO Group stands at the intersection of three complementary dimensions:
Engineering practice
Design, verification, diagnostics, inspection and performance improvement for real machines and plants.
Proprietary methodologies
Original technical frameworks such as CES™, developed to create clearer engineering interpretation and decision logic.
Industrial digital tools
Software-oriented environments such as TDE™, conceived to turn process and plant data into simulation, advisory support and digital evolution.
This combination is what makes IDECO different. The group does not stop at engineering analysis alone. It also works to transform engineering knowledge into reusable methods, technical frameworks and digital tools that can support both engineers and decision makers.
From Analysis to Maintenance Action
This same engineering philosophy also extends into predictive maintenance methodologies and technical maintenance manuals, where structural interpretation, process understanding and field inspection logic are brought together into practical maintenance frameworks.
In this way, IDECO connects engineering analysis, digital intelligence and operational maintenance action within one coherent industrial approach.
A Unified Vision
IDECO Group can therefore be understood as more than a conventional engineering company.
It is:
an engineering organization grounded in industrial practice,
a developer of proprietary methodologies,
and a builder of digital technical environments for interpretation, simulation and decision support.
From mechanical diagnostics and reverse engineering to structural intelligence through CES™ and process intelligence through TDE™, IDECO’s broader vision is to help industry understand machines and processes more clearly, act earlier and improve decisions across the full lifecycle of industrial assets.
IDECO Group connects engineering depth, proprietary methodology and industrial digital intelligence into one practical framework.
